They spread in us like an epidemic of desire.

Created by creating fire.

They shock us, they mesmerize us,

They contain ideas like lights

Illuminating…truth…reality…us

A cause is born, a movement begun, a passion ignites

Leading the way

Finding the way.

They dance, they fly, they speak, crackle, in bursts so fast,

We loose track, but then another bursts just as bright, and we follow them

Initial energy so intense it consumes, yet, with the patience of Job they last…

Because it doesn’t just live in them…it is them

Searching for the right tinder to receive them and carry them on

Waiting with a yearning that sustains and fills and will never, can never be gone

Because it doesn’t just excite us it moves us

We are the spark
